National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) is setting the standard for digital equity and inclusion in America. In about 10 years, when 5 millions of Canadians are set to retire, while 1 in 4 Canadians are 1st generation immigrants of diverse cultures and equipped with demanded skill sets, isn’t it time for businesses of any sizes to take #Diversity #Inclusion, #Equity strategies and policies seriously and holistically.

About our panel, "Gender Inclusivity: Beyond the Binary" The increase of transgender and nonbinary individuals in the workforce means our organizations must adapt. This panel session will discuss the importance of including and supporting transgender and nonbinary individuals in our organizations and communities, beginning by defining terms such as transgender and nonbinary, and exploring the ways in which these identities intersect with other marginalized identities, such as race and class. Crucially, it will discuss strategies for promoting gender inclusivity in the workplace and beyond, including best practices for creating inclusive policies and environments, as well as how to support and advocate for transgender and nonbinary colleagues and community members. https://lnkd.in/dWZsEhK
