However, it’s disappointing to see organizations like AIPL make these profound statements while their actions fall short. Investors and property owners continue to face unfulfilled commitments—denial of physical possession of freehold properties failure to pay assured returns commited at initial sales, refusal to release leasing rights to the property owners, and the exploitation of properties through undervalued rentals. AIPL's mismanagement of associations, unfair maintenance hikes, and growing legal complaints reflect a lack of transparency and justice. Gurgaon is becoming more aware of these ongoing issues. AIPL must not just speak of justice but genuinely embody it in every decision and action. AIPL has neither leased the properties nor handing over the physical possession and leasing rights to the property owners and have been imposing undue charges,interests, etc. only for the Wrongful Gains and holding undue illegal possession of our properties.
