One of the best practices I plan to incorporate into 2025 is to not wait for opportunities but to uncover, nurture and build the opportunity when it’s presented. The below embodies that type of opportunity! Don’t miss your window, register!!

I hadn’t noticed that the spellcheck function had chucked out “develop” and substituted it with “de W’loo” your leadership. I hope it made those of you who did notice smile or chuckle! :) It made me reflect on the foibles of algorithmic AI which seems to be immensely helpful at the same time as being a hindrance. It also got me thinking about the frailties that come with aging eyes (they can be ‘fixed’- when the time is right), but for now the acuity of my vision varies with the way light falls. None of which takes away from what I wanted to convey! Action Learning is a powerful practice for gathering the collective wisdom and diverse perspectives of leaders in service of their leadership learning. Action learning works because it focuses on real life challenges, and it involves reflecting and doing, thinking and taking action.
