Of late I have been having conversations with people as we deduce the reason for some struggles we may have. Whether in business or in our personal lives we have waves of highs and lows and if you're anything like me I dread the lows. I am the type of person who likes to be on top of things armed with my trusted toolbox and Jesus 😄. I am beginning to see that the purpose conversation, which has been so cliche over the years needs to be revisited. We don't know what it takes for us to thrive and grow in our businesses and relationships/lives. Count the cost, the good book says, so you may understand what you will need...to do, to be, to become so that you can grow, thrive and succeed. And trust me the cost is bigger and larger than we think. This is why we struggle to move past hurdles and keep recycling seasons of learning. The growth you desire is in the meaning of your life or the purpose to why you do what you do and in this purpose and meaning love will abound. With a clear purpose you will do all and everything it takes because you will understand the cost you need pay to achieve it. Perhaps you say the price is to high...then that is not the race for you. Get out of the kitchen and find purpose. The heat in the kitchen is bearable or should I say is one you will have to bear if that business, career, relationship and your life is in line with your purpose. Whether motherhood, entrepreneurship, marriage, Ministry or even leadership or even politics. I believe we are only equipped and abled for our purpose.
