🧠 Tailored AI: The Future of Telecom The telecom industry is embracing #AI, but there's no one-size-fits-all approach. When people hear the buzzword 'AI,' there's often an assumption that it will replace all existing systems. However, the true power of AI in #telecom lies in its tailored application. Autonomous #operations driven by bespoke AI solutions are revolutionizing how networks manage themselves. For instance, rule-based automation allows networks to automatically reroute traffic during peak times, or simply restart the stuck application, ensuring stable service and minimizing downtime. This self-optimizing capability is crucial for delivering high-quality services in this cloud native digital world. By deploying diverse AI strategies, including rule-based automation, telecom operators are addressing specific challenges, reduce operational costs, and deliver reliable services. As we delve into the world of tailored AI, a key question emerges: Will AI eventually replace the human touch, or will it enhance our capabilities and coexist with human expertise? #Telco #AI #Automation #AutonomousOperations #5G #Innovation

Telecom has always been at the forefront of technological innovation. However, a persistent challenge has hindered its full potential: #Data_Inconsistency. From my experience, data consolidation and migration from multiple inventories to one is going to take years with no real results and the best option for addressing data inconsistency is with active network discovery. With inventory data close to network, telecom operators can unlock the full potential of AI and deliver superior network performance and customer experiences. Link to our solution for AI driven active network discovery is on first comment. #telecom #networkautomation #5G #AI #dataquality #digitaltransformation

🔹 Following my previous thoughts on Multi-Modal AI agents (https://lnkd.in/dmXdP9M8) and my discussion with Pr. Merouane Debbah on how 6G technology could serve as a pivotal entry point for these transformative systems. 6G is not just about faster internet. It’s about creating a fabric of connectivity that allows AI agents to operate with human-like senses—seeing, listening, touching, and even making complex decisions in real time. The ultra-low latency and massive data handling capabilities of 6G networks are essential for AI agents to process and react to environmental data instantaneously, enabling them to perform tasks with a level of precision and adaptability previously unattainable.

The First AI Economy Milestone: DNB 5G Use Case I've been asked to present one AI use case at Digital National Berhad. This is one of the AI Economy's milestones. Thankfully, DNB approved our AI use case and incorporated it in the DNB 5G Use Case. The only 5G provider in Malaysia, Ericsson, provides DNB 5G technology, which is certainly not from Malaysia. Surprisingly, under the present government, there will be one more DNB alternative, DNB2. Huawei of China will push DNB2 5G technology. Long story short, after DNB2 is established, we must also register our 5G AI use case with DNB2. I'm wondering why. The image shows one of Petronas' 5G use cases at the DNB showroom.

#IntentMatters! 🌐 In the realm of network optimization, intent plays a crucial role, mirroring its significance in personal growth and conflict resolution. Within autonomous networks, intent empowers systems to evolve and generate solutions independently, rather than simply following predefined commands. The integration of intent-based and autonomous networks brings about a significant enhancement in service definition and network operations, especially within the ever-evolving 5G landscape. These advanced systems strive for autonomous service management, effectively handling complexities and variations in services. By articulating desired outcomes, intent-based operations leverage AI/ML and automation to interpret and manage tasks, enabling real-time adjustments to shifting demands and ensuring a seamless user experience. Moreover, this approach fosters a broader range of services and unlocks fresh revenue streams for Communication Service Providers (CSPs). In essence, embracing intent-based operations elevates network responsiveness, adaptability, and the capacity to cater to a wide array of customer requirements. 🚀 https://lnkd.in/eS5GXedV #NetworkOptimization #AutonomousNetworks #5G #AI #ML #Automation #CSPs
