Dear Indian Bank , I am writing to express my concern regarding the repeated debiting of unnecessary charges from my account without any valid reason. Despite raising complaints, there has been no resolution or reversal of the debited amounts. This has caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on your customer service. For comparison, I also hold an account with HDFC Bank. In their case, any erroneous charges are promptly reversed upon a simple email request. Unfortunately, Indian Bank has failed to provide such efficient service. Most recently, the following amount was debited from my account without justification: "Uncollected charges of Rs.202.00 for MIN BAL CHGS debited from your account -Indian Bank." I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a reversal of the wrongly debited amounts. Please ensure such issues do not recur in the future.
