As we celebrate #GandhiJayanti, let's reflect on the timeless wisdom of Mahatma Gandhi and its relevance in our lives today. Gandhi's twin pillars of Truth and Non-violence were not just political strategies, but profound life philosophies: 🌟 Truth (Satya): Gandhi believed truth has divine power, attracting all good forces. As the Bhagavad Gita says: नासतो विद्यते भावो नाभावो विद्यते सत: "Of the transient there is no existence, and of the eternal there is no cessation." Non-violence (Ahimsa): Beyond physical harm, it's about freeing our minds from ill-will. 🌍 In our fast-paced world, adhering to these principles can seem daunting: We often resort to small lies to navigate daily life. Harbouring negative thoughts becomes almost instinctive in challenging situations. 💡 My approach to inner peace: Here's a technique I've found effective in my own life: I view myself as a servant in God's grand design. By fulfilling my responsibilities honestly, I align with this higher purpose. I ask for divine grace to overcome my shortcomings. This approach helps me in constantly refining my thoughts and character. 🤔 How do you stay true to your values? What's your technique for purifying thoughts and shaping personality? Share your insights and let's inspire each other to embody these timeless principles in our daily lives. #HappyGandhiJayanti #TruthAndNonviolence #SpiritualGrowth #InnerPeace #PersonalDevelopment

Ponder! Can anyone's connection transform someone into gold. (E62) So, among five-seven billion human souls, the hero actor soul who goes after playing the part of being incorporeal, vice less [and] ego less like the Father in practice, his yaadgar is present in every religion of the world. The Muslims call him Aadam. The English call him Adam. That very first man is called ‘Adidev’ among the Hindus. ‘Tvamaadidevah purushah puraanah (You are the first deity and the first man)’. And he is called ‘Adinath’ among the Jains. So, he is the father of the entire human world. It is because he is the creator of the human world. It isn’t that the human world isn’t created or it doesn’t exist earlier. It certainly exists but the entire human world becomes like a corpse. [The souls] become the ones with a stone like intellect. The Supreme Soul comes to resurrect those stones, those corpses. This is why it is praised among the Muslims: all the souls will be buried in grave before the destruction. What does ‘to be buried in grave’ mean? To become a corpse. It means the intellect becomes like that of a corpse. It doesn’t come in their intellect at all what should be done and what shouldn’t. When they have such a stone like intellect, He comes to make them into Paarasnath. It is praised for paaras that if anything made of iron is touched with the paaras stone, it turns into gold. However, this is just the praise of the path of bhakti. #FatherOfHumanity #FirstMan #Hero #adinath #shivshankar #harharmahadev #harharmahadevॐ #spiritualawakening #trikaldarshi #shiva #famous #elevatedmindset #goodvibes #wisdomoftheday #knowledgesharing #adhyatmikvishwavidyalaya

It was on the 13th day in the month of Chaitra in 599 BCE or 615 BCE that Mahavir was born, according to the Digambar and Swetambara school of Jainism respectively, in Kundagram. He was born the progeny of the Swetambara school of Jainism respectively. When he was 30 years old, Mahavir renounced all his worldly possessions in pursuit of a spiritual journey. He engaged in meditation and embraced an ascetic lifestyle for approximately 12 years before achieving ‘Kevala Jnana’ or omniscience. Mahavir advocated for ahimsa or non-violence, satya (truth), asteya (non-stealing), brahmacharya (chastity), and aparigraha (non-attachment). The compilation of Mahavir’s teachings was undertaken by his principal disciple, Indrabhuti Gautama. Mahavir Jayanti is observed according to the Gregorian calendar. During Mahavir Jayanti, a ceremonial procession featuring Lord Mahavir’s idol on a chariot occurs, accompanied by the recitation of religious hymns. "Wishing everyone peace, happiness, and spiritual enlightenment on the auspicious occasion of Mahavir Janma Kalyanak. May his teachings inspire us towards compassion and non-violence. “Arise, awake how long will doth in slumber lie”. This wake-up call to live a richer, a nobler, a holier life is the message of our Founder, Rev Sadhu Vaswani. Popularity, power, position, wealth and pleasures were not a priority to Sadhu Vaswani. Selfless service to mankind and deep longing and devotion to God mirrored his throbbing spirituality. He urged us to wake up to our “divine destiny”, for He believed the ultimate goal of life is to attune oneself to the divinity inherent within each one of us. “Inner illumination” is what we must seek every day, but to do this, “man need not run away from the world to the solitude of a mountain cave or forest grove. He must live in the world and fulfil his duties and obligations”, He taught. Reverence for all life was the cornerstone of his teachings. This practically translated into love and service for all forms of life – embracing humans, birds and animals alike. He started the Sadhu Vaswani Mission in the year 1929. A poet, a seer, a mystic, an educationist, a lyricist, an author and visionary, He offered simple solutions to the maladies that afflict modern-day man. His teachings continue to shape the lives of many around the world. Authored by Renu Wadhwa Leading to the Birth Anniversary of Rev. Sadhu Vaswani (Nov 25th), it gives me great joy to share some of his teachings over the next three posts. I hope they leave a deep imprint, I would love to hear your views.
