More than one project a day and 240+ in just 181 days! This is enough reason to celebrate, and here’s what made it all possible. With the first half of the year gone by, all I can think about is what we have achieved here at ABRA. The dedication of the team has shown in the form of innovation par excellence. Probably one of the biggest accomplishments for our team is that we have continuously delivered high-stakes, complex projects in record time—doing what normally would take months to complete, in a matter of weeks. 240+ successful projects in the last six months alone speak to our relentless drive, unmatched expertise and will to deliver. Amidst the hustle of projects, we took time off to celebrate our success. Here's a peek into some of the unforgettable moments that remind us why we're all in this together: Culinary Connections: From a gourmet team lunch to a heartwarming Ramadan Iftar, we savoured moments of togetherness over amazing food. Because nothing unites quite like sharing a meal! Fun-filled Festivities: Valentine's Day sweetness, the excitement of ABRA Fest, and the thrill of our Cricket Tournament—each event strengthened our bonds, sparked creativity and showcased our incredible team spirit. These celebrations add a secret sauce to our vibrant culture! The second half of 2024 comes with even more exciting challenges and achievements. We look forward to pushing the limits and creating extraordinary experiences together! What's your favourite way to celebrate team achievements? #TeamCulture #WorkplaceCelebration #AbraInnovates

It’s the most wonderful time of the year — unless you’re looking to close deals. Don’t get desperate and try to rush the process. Instead, stick to these three essentials outlined by Salesloft’s Senior Director of Global Engineering, Rebby John: 1. Strong understanding of the business If you lack the fundamentals, you'll end up like a holiday roast. 2. Strong personal connections Time to leverage the relationships you've nurtured over the year. 3. Meeting the technical requirements Ensure your solution is compatible with their existing framework and clears their security checks. What's your strategy to wind up deals smoothly before year-end festivities begin?

Happy New Week! As we embark on this new week, it's essential to remember the profound impact that being present for one another can have. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in individual tasks and responsibilities. However, being present for colleagues, friends, and family is crucial for building stronger relationships, fostering a sense of community, and creating a more resilient and compassionate team. So, let's challenge ourselves this week: Be present for colleagues: - Offer a listening ear or a helping hand when someone needs it. - Celebrate each other's successes and milestones. - Be kind, empathetic, and understanding. Be present for friends and family: - Put away your phone and engage in meaningful conversations. - Show interest in their lives, passions, and struggles. - Be there for them during life's ups and downs. By prioritizing being present for one another, we create a culture of care, compassion, and support. We become a team that's not just focused on achieving goals but also on lifting each other up. Let's make this week count! Let's show up fully present for each other and watch how it transforms our relationships, our team, and our lives. We are the difference-makers! Let's make it happen!
