𝗦𝗮-𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗜𝗕𝗙 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Sa-Dhan, a self-regulatory body for microfinance institutions, has partnered with the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) to introduce an online certification course for job seekers in the microfinance sector. Open to Class 12 graduates, the course addresses over 50% attrition rates among field staff, which disrupt loan collections.
