When I joined the company as a trainer, I couldn’t have imagined the path that awaited me. The early days were challenging, especially as the process was new and we were just setting up the training team. However, I had an incredible mentor who always encouraged me and taught me the importance of attention to detail. Over the next few years, I gained confidence in my role. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse group of professionals, each bringing unique strengths and perspectives. At Infosys BPM, our goal is to equip our team members with the skills they need to excel and make meaningful contributions. Every session is designed to be practical, engaging, and tailored to the specific needs of our participants. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our trainees apply what they’ve learned, grow in confidence, and thrive in their roles.
