The IBPM CSR team conducted Student Connect Programs recently, at the Bangalore and Pune DCs for our #ProjectGenesis partner universities and their affiliated colleges in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Kerala.  We welcomed 2,870 students and faculty members from colleges across these states. The program aimed to provide students with valuable insights into the corporate world and the BPM industry, preparing them for future careers. Shirin Kabara, Principal - OD & Leadership Development, and Falguni Das, Lead Consultant - Solution Design, were the keynote speakers during the Leader Connect sessions at the Pune and Bangalore DCs, respectively. They provided students with a comprehensive overview of the BPM industry and Infosys BPM, highlighting available opportunities and emphasizing the importance of upskilling. They also discussed the necessary skills and shared insights from their career journeys. The students thoroughly enjoyed the campus tour guided by our passionate volunteers and appreciated the warm hospitality extended by Infosys BPM. Our sincere gratitude goes to Shane Gerald Angelo, Lead HR, and Nitin Bhise, Senior Member of the L&D team, who hosted the programs enthusiastically and engaged the students throughout the session with various activities. Special thanks to Varundeep Sachi. PCC, Senior Associate Lead—HR, for facilitating a session on mindfulness coffee at the Bangalore DC to help relax and rejuvenate the students' minds. We would also like to thank the security teams for ensuring smooth entry and exit of the students, the facilities teams for their impeccable arrangements, and the enthusiastic volunteers for their untiring support at both locations.
