Today, I received my second call since 2022, when I left my previous organization. The recruiter, Dheeraj, was hiring for an operations role at Smith+Nephew in Pune. With a total of 9 years of work experience, you can imagine the number of calls I’ve received from recruiters over the years (unfortunately, not many in the last two years). This was the first call for me, where a recruiter truly showed that they '#Care'. Dheeraj coached me on how and what to say during the hiring process. He gave me incredibly valuable tips on my resume, shared his side of the process, and explained what he would do with my application. He also spent time understanding my overall thinking and, ethics without judgements. The call lasted 42 minutes. I just wanted to share this here. Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4 plus years experience in information technology recruiting, preferably in an IT consulting environment. • Prior supervisory experience is a plus. • Proven negotiation skills are a must. Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with candidates/clients at all levels. • Requires ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
