Infra.Market’s Post

#HumansofInfraMarket Karteek Patnayakuni Once upon a time, in the quiet embrace of a small town near Vizag, a young soul dreamed of stories yet to be told. A spark of creativity sparked my passion for storytelling and filmmaking. But life had its own plan, and family responsibilities kept me from following my dreams. After completing my diploma in mechanical engineering, I began working as a service engineer, a job I hadn’t planned for but one that tested my resilience. By day, I focused on my work; by night, I pursued my passion for writing and filmmaking, relentlessly chasing my dreams. I immersed myself in movies, exploring the art of storytelling and filmmaking. That spark of passion never dimmed. Even as I decided to return to school and later took on a senior role at a well-known company, my love for films remained a constant, shaping the way I saw the world. Later, I joined Infra.Market, stepping into a new and traditional setup. I was filled with questions and doubts, "Would I fit in?" But the supportive culture there allowed me to thrive professionally, all while continuing to nurture my love for cinema. Though my career has been demanding, filmmaking remained my desire. I poured my emotions into short films, telling stories that resonated deeply with me. Over the years, I have created multiple projects, each one reflecting my emotions, experiences, and vision as a storyteller. Every film became a way to express myself, connect, and share something meaningful. This passion has not only fueled my creativity but also earned me recognition for both my professional achievements and the quality of my work in filmmaking. These accolades remind me that dedication to both my career and my creative pursuits can coexist and thrive. As I continue to grow professionally, I’m committed to nurturing both my career and my passion for storytelling. The journey ahead is full of possibilities, and I’m excited to keep pushing boundaries in both fields. The path is mine to define. #EmployeeSpotlight #Employeestories #Achievements #PassionDriven #Opportunities #IMGrowingWithIM #InfraMarket #BuildingRevolutions #PeopleFirst
