No, I was gonna ask this a bit later on, but I think it's now probably, you know, quite relevant in terms of sort of building that culture. I mean, yes, you're putting those slots in, you're giving people to sort of check in, check out, get away from the madness of work. But outside of that, is anything you guys do to build that productive culture or that collaborative environment? I I think one thing that we do well is that. All of us in the leadership teams, myself and, and the other managing and the managing partners, we, we all leave from the front, right? We, we, we don't. Say one thing and do another right? So because we're all from time to time mucking into a different levels. The other members of the team work with us on a daily basis, which means it makes it more easy for us to shape the culture because we're able to demonstrate to people what the culture should be right, how how we should interact with one another, how we should speak to each other, what sort of what good quality work should look like. Or at least at least in to our minds, that is. And I, I think that's much more effective than, you know, printing out some 5 values and put them on the wall. You know, people got to see it all the time, but. We, we do because because of our remote nature, we do think about the culture and we, we, we like to take a temperature check. Informally with with people. As often as we can so that we can worry about that, so that we can, you know, we can make take corrective action if we need to, if we think that maybe some behaviours are creeping in that we don't like or some people are not finding the environment particularly productive or conducive to. To to to working well. Then because again, because we're, we're sort of part of the delivery team, part of the team that are working on a day-to-day basis, We're not, you know, we're not separate sitting in a ivory tower somewhere. We're able to pay that much quicker. And I see Americanization grows. That will get harder and harder. Alright, so we'll need to make sure that we have right the right leaders in place to to do help help us do that as as we bring on more people. Absolutely. And I think comes down to communication, right? You know, and I love the fact that you said, you know, everyone's leading from the front, OK, you know, and it's about being transparent, about being honest about communicating and if there is an issue, trying to identify it before it comes with massive problem, right. And I'm a big believer of, you know, if you create an environment where opinions count, you know, a solution based environment where you kind of got that freedom of speech and more importantly, someone brings an idea to the table or a problem that gets listened to and we try and work out a solution to say, if you bring me an idea. Will be relieved because it's probably one thing, but I can take off my plate, right? Yeah, no, absolutely. Look, if you don't know there's a problem, how can you try and solve it? I know it sounds really basic, but, you know, I think there's a lot of companies where it's run by leaders that are sitting in that, you know, high race tower that you guys clearly don't. And, you know, sometimes that fear can kick in and, you know, someone might not be as approachable as others. And it just suddenly becomes very disjointed as a business. And you know, you've got some areas of the company doing really, really well because they've got a leader that lead from the front and they've got that really collaborative team feel environment, and then you got another of the business. That is just completely here, there and everywhere because for whatever reason. I don't know, the leader is not interacting or lead is not leading from the front or, you know, just people just don't feel that perhaps they don't want to be there, but they're just too scared to say. And actually that can then really spread across the company and affect our organization. But I love the fact that you guys are obviously just all sitting here trying to do your best to keep everyone close. If there's any problems, any issues, let's hear them out. Let's try and do our best to solve them in the best possible way now.
