Spare part problem for Bosch unit injector 0 414 001 003 for Lombardini engine. There is no parts list for this injector nor is there an official guideline how to repair the unit. New units are very expensive especially when we talk about poor countries and farmers who got this gen. set but do not have the money for the exchange of a complete unit. Now, my question go's out to all diesel shops, workshops and otzher technical oriented persons. Is there a solution to replace the delivery valve, the plunger and barrel and the nozzle? Doe's anyone has a solution? The valve is stamped with 005 and the plunger with 011. As far as I know, Bosch used to stamp the last 3 digits into the valve and the plunger. 1418???011 or 1418???005 could be helpful. Would appreciate your feed back to help my friend to save money.
