Real Estate is incredibly hard to scale. Acquisitions is a full-time “business”. But you can’t have a nice house, and a shitty leaking roof. It will ruin everything. You have to build out your property management “business” along-side. There are no words, no way to prepare you for using a 3rd party property management company - especially at scale, in different markets. YOU have to build out businesses to be successful long term.
