These are the first steps in taking passive exoskeletons into the realm of quasipassive or quasi powered. On the road to the "everyday" exoskeleton, in a package that can be AFFORDABLE, "sexy", well designed for everyday use/funcion/looks, it takes one product improvement and assess at a time.
Are we there yet? Not quite. Are we closer to #exosforall? You betcha. One step at a time, each product is looking into how to improve the functions and functionality of products. Because #exoskeletons should not be only for the hyped up #workersafety (albeit how big the need is), exos should offer #mobilityforall #ergonomicproducts #biomechanics #exosuits #wearables for as many as possible - weekend warriors, responders, military, hard charging moms, grandma and grandpa active seniors, aging population with mobility challenges, pediatrics, outdoor sports, hair dressers, hotel maintenance staff... etc. etc. etc.
