Farewell and Best Wishes, Ramon! 💬 It was with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to Ramon Abritta, whose time at the Department of Geosciences, NTNU, has been marked by great contributions. 🎓 During his tenure with us, Ramon co-authored a significant study on the short-circuit current contributions of large-scale full-converter-based wind power plants, published in IEEE Access. 📚 His collaborative work on grid compliance advancements in wind power, focusing on component and subsystem testing, has been influential in the field. Abritta has recently submitted the first version of his PhD thesis for internal review. 🔬 Additionally, Ramon's research on the challenges of representing digital applications within the Smart Grid Architecture Model has provided valuable insights for the integration of modern technologies into power systems. 🎉 It’s a testament to our vibrant community that Ramon was sent off with heartfelt cards and cake, lovingly prepared by his fellow PhD students and researchers. We extend our best wishes to Ramon in his future endeavors and look forward to hearing of his continued success! #GeosciencesNTNU #WindPowerResearch #SmartGridChallenges

Ramon Abritta Congratulations for this milestone and happy to see that the "Short-circuit current contributions of large-scale full-converter-based wind power plants" stands high on the contribution list. Guess there is still one step to take to finalize the PhD!?! And all the best for that and for your future....
