On June 21st and 24th, 2024, the ComBioTES consortium gathered online to review our project's progress and set the stage for future advancements. 🗓️ Day 1: We focused on the progress of ongoing Work Packages, highlighting key results and overcoming challenges. By the end, we had a clear vision and objectives for the next 18 months. 🗓️ Day 2: The Review meeting, attended by our Project Officer from CINEA, focused on past deviations, future timelines, and expected results. 🔜As we move into the validation phase, expect several publications in the coming months. AYOX Tec Element and the TEC concept (Think, Evaluate and Construct) is the result of a reflection on the initiation of an innovation. After 20 years of experience in Research and Development activities within different companies and sectors of activity, I had the project of creating a company fundamentally focused on innovation. I started by creating the company AYOX which later became AYOX Technologies. While deploying AYOX Technologies for the design of an innovative product dedicated to the automobile and industry, I wanted to materialize my approach and my point of observation to the analysis and the methodology of understanding the problem I was facing. Being a small company with few means, I had to show imagination to deploy more quickly the variants and derivatives of the product in development. Also, I had to be able to respond to specific external requests. From there came the idea of creating the AYOX Tec Element structure and the TEC concept (Think, Evaluate and Contruct) as meta tools for design and innovation. This entity is solely dedicated to the reflection and creation of methodology, processes, meta approaches for innovation as accurately as possible and in record time. I think I am a precursor to the creation of this structure within a technological innovation company. I will refer to the cycle of Joseph Alois Schumpeter that I recently discovered to affirm that my vision was right. For health reasons I had to put my activities on hold.
