𝐀 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧 ... In the world of CPR training, the debate between hands-only CPR and CPR with rescue breaths continues to be a hot topic among professionals. While Virtual Life Support currently supports CPR training with rescue breaths and we are planning to introduce hands-only CPR as an option in our next version, we’ve always strived to stay ahead of the curve. So, what’s next in the evolution of CPR training? We’re thrilled to announce our latest groundbreaking development: No-Hands CPR! Yes, you read that right. Inspired by ongoing debates, we’ve decided to leap forward, or should we say, “step” into the future of CPR. In an exclusive collaboration with SimCPR, we’re experimenting with a revolutionary SimCPR ankle bracelet, making CPR as easy as tapping your foot. Imagine the possibilities—performing CPR while keeping both hands free for multitasking! We’re in discussions with numerous research partners to explore the effectiveness of this avant-garde technique. And for those eagerly anticipating a demo, check out our video showcasing CPR performed expertly with nothing but a foot. It’s a step in a bold new direction, and we’re toe-tally serious about pushing the boundaries. Or are we? Starting next Monday we'll be accepting subscriptions to the upcoming beta version. #VRTraining #InnovationInCPR #VirtualLifeSupport #FutureOfTraining #AprilFools

We're looking for 3 more fire departments within the USA to work with. VR / AR is never going to give the same feel as the real thing. However, it doesn't need to. It depends on your training objective. If you are training primarily on things you see, then it's a good option. As Incident Command, the majority of your role comes down to decision-making. If you're training an incident commander, you need to visualize the incident and have actors to do the talking/commanding with. The common options are: - theoretical/tabletop, - miniature models of buildings/vehicles - VR / AR - Live training Each has its strengths and weaknesses. I believe a mixture is best. Everybody wants real live fire training, but for an incident commander it takes a lot of effort to recreate a large incident and you need a lot of actors. If you do a half-assed job at creating the incident and limit the number of actors, it quickly feels rather fake/weird. This Incident command training is where VR training at the fire service started in many European countries. It's where it works well. That's why we at XpertVR have developed XpertFire. Everything has a practical application! Other departments are using the Assistance to Firefighters Grants ⬇️ to get access to our products without having to pay directly out of their budgets! Let's connect and see how we can set up your agency as well! #VR #training #grantopportunity https://lnkd.in/gCeRXZyn.

So useful! CPR basics with Nipro....
🔍 iMEP Training Tip of the Month 🔍 This month, we’re focusing on a key CPR skill: keeping rhythm and counting simultaneously. 🫀✨ To maintain 100-120 chest compressions per minute, use a steady beat, think of songs like "Stayin’ Alive" or "Baby Shark." It helps you stay on track, even in stressful situations. For extra support, try the CPR Metronome app. For more tips, visit our Knowledge Hub: https://ow.ly/OoYZ50Uo7k5 Explore CPR resources at the European Resuscitation Council: https://ow.ly/F5PN50Uo7k6 #CPRTips #LifeSavingSkills #iMEP #HealthcareEducation #WeAreNipro
