The Call of Expression of Interest Greentech Innovation is a call for applications to the Greentech Innovation program, accompanied by a range of services. The label comes with a dedicated support programme structured around three axes: visibility, sales & networking, and digital. Greentech Innovation laureates benefit from our large ecosystem and network, get access to our curated contact database, and can take part at national and international business forums on the ecological transition. 💭 What is Greentech Innovation? The initiative aims to select innovative projects from start-ups and SMEs based on innovative and sustainable methodologies, technologies, services or industrial solutions. It is supported by the Ecolab of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition's Commissariat Général au Développement Durable. Greentech Innovation leads the ecosystem of companies (VSE-SME) that innovate in a sustainable way for the ecological transition, and has a network of partner incubators. In particular, Ecolab awards the Greentech Innovation label for innovative start-ups working on the ecological transition. 🚀 So far, Ecolab has awarded the label to 290 French companies, forming a vibrant Greentech ecosystem. 🏆 In November 2023 Ecolab received European recognition for its support in accessing public procurement markets in France. The innovation lab won the European Commission’s “European Entrepreneurship Promotion Award “ (EEPA) in the category “Supporting the Sustainable Transition”. Lubomila only wanted to learn to surf in Morocco, but the piles of garbage on the beach took her on a completely different mission... ... to do something about the severe environmental pollution. With this experience, Lubomila's mission to decarbonize the economy of Europe found her. Together with Nathan Bonnisseau, Lubomila founded Plan A in 2017. The Berlin-based startup has developed an end-to-end platform that enables companies to measure, monitor, and reduce their environmental footprint and improve their environmental, social, and governance performance using machine learning and science. However, the future of Switzerland’s green tech dominance depends on collaboration. Partnerships between startups, established corporations, academic institutions, and government agencies are essential to driving innovation. Additionally, Switzerland must look beyond its borders, forging international alliances to export its technologies and expertise. ♻️Empowering European clusters with new skills is pivotal for scaling up the green transition.
