Simple rule to good health. What do you actually put into your mouth? Don't forget our immune system sits in the guts. We love to eat and some eats all the time. LOL. The concern is what are the ingredients inside our food today. This is very important as we are feeding our next generation and the aging population. Letting them eat right with good ingredients that are seriously nutritious, of course must be tasty too. Can we really do without white sugar in our food?
