One of my goals this year was to focus on my health and well-being. To achieve this I strive to go to the gym several times a week, go for walks, and find ways to be more active overall. Meal prepping is also something I have incorporated so that I have nutritious meal options on hand during the week (when it's easy to make less than ideal food choices out of convenience!). These goals have now turned into habits that I prioritize to ensure I can continue to see positive changes in my health. Everything else in my life runs so much more smoothly and feels so much more manageable when I am achieving these goals!

My goal was to make sure I continue to listen more, talk less, continue being a servant leader, and share the light to help others shine ✨ bright! Always Aspire to Inspire! In a personal level it was a tough year due to my dad’s passing. His life lessons, countless memories, and legacy will live on in me, my family, and my children. Lastly, I will always be grateful for my company’s support and team in all aspects of this year! Goal: To work for a Great Company and Add Value = Goal Accomplished ✅

One goal I set for myself this year was to balance my career and personal life more effectively, especially as a new parent to my 1-year-old daughter. I’m proud to say I accomplished this by prioritizing quality family time while still excelling in my professional responsibilities. It’s been rewarding to see my baby grow and hit her milestones while staying committed to my career goals.

One goal I set was to be healthier. I achieved this by cutting back on processed sugars and focusing on real food. Even though I was not successful 100% of the time I was mostly there and lost 20 lbs

My goal is to volunteer more in my community and one of my accomplishments this year was to make it to the Presidents list on my masters program at school with a solid 4.0 gpa!

Getting out of the food industry was a huge goal of mine while also getting my associates degree

One goal I set for myself was to be a tad bit healther, and having a 3 year old and a 1 year old - this was hard as we were eating out more, and not physically moving as much. So, we made a more conscious effort to eat home cooked meals, etc. I think the exercise portion of this is still a work in progress and a priority for 2025.

My goal for 2024 was to grow within my role, taking a chance and within the 9 years in Verizon, the key is to step out of your comfort zone, trust your self and the Vteamers around you, I'm the happiest I've been in a long time, proud of where I an and the team I'm with. One team one dream
