Interesting I read and read and failed to find quality as in quality program well established in any of it’s form for data integrity. Not the same thing as good reputation or good track record. Some go on for years without being truely being challenged until one day. As in any organization that collects and processes data how do they operate and document responsibility and authority when mistakes are detected and prevented from reoccurring? All organizations make mistakes. It’s how they operate in the worst of times not the best that defines quality control. No shame in just saying Quality and its total universe. Do they self audit? Just because the regulatory agencies have issued reports that don’t call attention to lack of it does not mean they have a good program.
