Last week, my company unveiled a new module, the "Q-Flow Online Booking Journey." This tool streamlines the process of creating customer journeys for scheduling and interacting with service providers, making it faster and more efficient. Much like other tools we've recently introduced, this module doesn't offer new functionalities that weren't already available on our core platform. Instead, it focuses on refining the familiar aspects of the customer journey—scheduling, engagement, routing, interacting—making them easier to set up, more accessible, and better aligned with today's expectations for simplicity in user experiences, while still offering the flexibility and adaptability needed to meet rapidly evolving business demands. This approach is becoming a common trend among software vendors across various fields, where enhancing core functionalities seems to have reached its limits.
