The project management triangle called also the triple constraint, iron triangle and project triangle is a model of the constraints of project management. *Scope, Time and Cost* -The triangle demonstrates how these three variables are linked—if one of the variables is changed, the other two must be adjusted in order to keep the triangle connected. If the triangle breaks—that is, if one point is moved without adjusting one or both of the other points along with it—the quality of the project will suffer. #tripleconstraint #projectmanagement #projectlaunch #pmpjourney

II Project Management II In project management, the Project Manager leverages PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) or the Three-Point Estimating Technique to address uncertainty by calculating potential risks and opportunities. This approach enables the Project Manager to make informed decisions and effectively engage stakeholders. The expected estimate calculation formula is: Expected Estimate= [Optimistic+(4×Most Likely)+Pessimistic] / 6 This weighted average incorporates variability, yielding a more realistic estimate that supports comprehensive project planning, scheduling, and cost forecasting. #pmp #projectmanagement #teamwork #success #happiness
