What excites me most about my role is a chance to foster a culture of passion and progress. Plus, I look forward to working on initiatives that enhance the well-being of our employees. Witnessing their personal and professional development is truly rewarding. Little did I know when I was joining Intelliswift that I was joining a family. It is truly. The family like atmosphere here and everybody cares about your growth, everyone cares about your success and everyone cares about your struggles here too. So they very much care about how they can support you, where they can help direct you on where to go. My name is Felicia and I'm an account manager with Intelliswift. I'm going on my 4th month with the company. Hi, I'm Mithu Chakrabarty and I've been working with Intelliswift for a year as Senior Manager, Human Resources, Business and People Enablement function. Hello, my name is Coquito Divittorio. I've been with the telescope for over 15 years. I'm the business to be manager here. Hay��r aya����m�� ��iura. Gunda and I've been working with Intelliswift for the past four months. My name is Kristen Tran and I am approaching my 10 year anniversary at Intelliswift. My professional journey at Intelliswift has been incredibly rewarding. I've had the privilege of contributing to several significant and unique projects, including Intelligence Rebrand, and it's been inspiring to witness our marketing team grow. Since joining the team, my professional growth has been remarkable. Working as a technical lead has provided me with the platform. Strengthen my leadership skills and the foster collaboration among the team members. Choosing Intelliswift was a thoughtful decision for me. As someone in HR, I appreciate the company that prioritizes its team members in telescopes. Focus on creating opportunities and encouraging employee well-being was evident right from the start. I think the biggest thing for me is overall the push for health and Wellness. It comes from Suraj himself. He really pushes all of us to have that balance with work and fitness and getting out, getting some vitamin D, going for a walk and taking a break from your computer when things get a little bit crazy, which is awesome coming from him. Until Swift really has some unique employee initiatives because we have really unique employees. We are. A People First organization, a lot of our programs include like kickboxing, yoga, a emphasis on health and fitness. I really enjoy our annual Fiercely Fit Run and it's just a really fantastic way to promote health camaraderie. Want to carry out says they have never had such a great experience like working with us. Just hearing the person be genuine, thankful, humble and how it impacts their lives this unbelievable. My work mantra, which I think very much aligns with Intelliswift and their culture, is very much more card play hard. I've learned that everyone puts their all into everything that they do, but then they also turn around and celebrate just as hard.
