Humanity is headed towards a future by default. Instead, we can build a future by design if we can make deliberate, thoughtful decisions. But for that, we need insights. And insights are held by the people on the ground. Through Jan Ki Baat, you can listen to all of them at once. Sign up for Jan ki Baat's first cohort here: https://lnkd.in/dU-_qHD8

In the realm of social media, one post can make you appear invincible, but in real life, a single conversation can reveal everything. What many don't realize is that each generation has its heroes, but as the next generation emerges, those heroes become the new challenge to surpass, not in a negative way, but as a benchmark to exceed. There are always, the new comers … And what I'm noticing is that these generational transitions are becoming increasingly shorter. I was once someone who saw my “ mentors “ as inspiration to become after year 9 I realized now tables are turned and now year 15 I’m realizing now the conversations aren’t about “ Who’s First “ how do we excel beyond that Theory or Concept. When you’re navigating “ Pioneering “ a new industry, methodology, terminology, theology and societal context of an online and offline world. You have to sit back and think, 4 billion users how do we create something that streamlined and sustainable. #SocialMediaFirstAid & #SocialMediaHarmReduction 🔐 …. #ThinkingInTheThirdPersona #TripleConsciousTheory #Legacy #IndustryBuilding #Foundation

Educator, systems thinker, partner and alliance builder for the future of a living Earth and human culture
As the human predicament continues to accelerate, the conversations regarding the future are still dominated by older generations - yet it is their younger successors who will face the brunt of these issues throughout their lives. Today’s Reality Roundtable with Priscilla Trịhn, James Branagan, and Natasha Linhart, focuses on Generation Z’s perspective of the metacrisis, how learning the reality of the human predicament has affected their worldview, and what they see as viable future paths for themselves and the world. Full episode: https://lnkd.in/gVRP2RcY How might we approach intergenerational relationships to encourage the transfer of knowledge in both directions, without blame or resentment? What are the unique challenges that young people face when addressing the layers of complexity and risk in the world, and thinking about how to respond? Could fostering community, empathy, and personal responsibility act as a bridge across generational divides, steering us towards a more unified and compassionate future? Priscilla Trinh currently serves as Director of Communications at the Post Growth Institute and co-coordinator of the Minnesota Youth Institute. She is also the creator of the #postgrowth jobs board and a founding member of The Overstory Alliance. James Branagan is a content creator and video editor, posting content on slow living and philosophy from his channel, The New Naturalist. ✨ Hope is a Catalyst for Change – But Only When We Redefine It! How often do we hear or say phrases like, "I hope it will work out" or "I hope things get better for you"? The way we use hope in everyday conversation often feels passive, even uncertain. But true hope is so much more. It’s not a wish or a sense of optimism—it’s a powerful force for change. At the amazing Global WIN Conference (#WINConference - #WIN Women - thank you amazing Kristin Engvig) in Rome last week, I was reminded of this truth. The event didn’t just give me hope in the fleeting sense of “maybe things will get better.” It gave me hope in a real, tangible way. It reinforced my belief that we—as individuals, businesses, and societies—have the strength to move in the right direction. We just need to harness hope as the muscle to keep us resilient on the path to our vision, no matter the setbacks. And this is the exact reason I founded the concept and movement "Path of Hope". Because hope is a skill you can train. It’s about resilience, staying committed to your mission even when things get tough. During the conference, I had a deep conversation with the fantastic Mynoo Maryel Mynoo Maryel, who shared a profound insight: for hope to truly be a catalyst, we must start by confronting reality. We need to be honest about where we are right now, and from there, use hope to drive real steps toward the future we envision. That´s why my company are passionate about helping individuals, teams, and communities cultivate this kind of hope—the kind that empowers real change.
