Not driving it just and seamless energy transition in Algeria and indeed Africa as a whole, many think will depend on the skills and talents of the over 70% of the youth demography in the entire continent. How to harness this resource topped conversations on the sidelines of COP 29. Empowering the youth on all fronts to deal with climate change was considered one of the best climate projects any nations can adopt. Parliamentarians, civil society organizations from Nigeria and other parts of Africa and Kazakhstan believe young people can be empowered to champion the change through financing and education. So unless the youth are part and parcel of the conversation, but also centric in policy making and in implementation. The transition is not going to happen. If it will be just, then it shouldn't be about reduction of emissions from Africa because there are no emissions to reduce. However, it should be about leveraging the just transition as an opportunity to meet the developmental priorities. For me, the way to go is the renewable energy for Interface Africa and locking clean energy financing to millions of underserved communities through data holds the key to adjust. Transition. So the missing component in providing financing for underserved communities has always been a finance itself and the data that will unlock that. People want to provide grants, but they just don't have a benchmark. They just don't have the baseline data to that will help them provide that in those communities. And today as couples we presented to the world on this global stage is how can we use that data we have expertise in to lock access to these people speaking. All the progress Nigeria is making Special Adviser to the President on National Economic Council, Ruqaya Al Rifai, said efforts are already in motion to mainstream climate action into all the sectors of the Nigerian economy with the launch of the Human Capital Development Plan 2.0 by the Vice President, Kashim Shettima. Time is about net zero economy. So it's about how you are able to grow in a low carbon way, right. So what we are focusing at neck is that. We're trying to focus on integrating and in local climate action. Charles Alpha and.
