🚨 *A Call for Accountability and Respect in the Workplace* 🚨 I’m compelled to share a concerning experience involving Global Lead Force. Recent reports have highlighted troubling behavior by both their HR representative, Aiman Ishfaque, and a company driver. Two female candidates faced inappropriate conduct from the driver. When they sought support and raised their concerns with Aiman, they were met with further disrespect and dismissal. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to a respectful and supportive work environment. This situation raises a crucial question: Should we be sending women to work in corporate settings that tolerate or ignore such attitudes? The work environment should be safe, respectful, and inclusive for everyone. It's crucial for companies to address and rectify such issues swiftly. Global Lead Force must take immediate steps to ensure that all employees, regardless of gender, are treated with dignity and respect. Let's hold ourselves and organizations accountable to uphold these fundamental values. Even after the HR Representative terminated them after a heated arguments and asked them to leave office in the midnight and they both commuted themselves alone at that dangerous time. Egypt: CFJ has documented cases where Mondelez – known as Cadbury – in Alexandria forced three of its workers to resign, despite their service exceeding 15 years. This move has sparked widespread debate over the company’s policies. The three workers are Ahmed Mohamed Abd El-Moneim, Ahmed Abd El-Aaty, and Mamdouh Mohamed Monji. Egypt: CFJ opposes these arbitrary dismissals and calls on the company to halt such practices and reverse the decisions, while compensating the dismissed employees both financially and morally. The committee also emphasizes the need for adherence to labor laws and urges the Egyptian Ministry of Labor to intervene promptly to protect workers and ensure their legal and professional support. Acting on the directives of Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, the traffic police initiated an operation targeting vehicles illegally entering Karachi. As per the details, the Transport Department has so far seized 80 vehicles and suspended 58 route permits. Additionally, warnings have been issued to 18 transporters for non-compliance, and fines amounting to Rs 4.428 million have been imposed on 1,392 vehicles violating transport regulations. Sharjeel Inam Memon stressed that the government’s measures aim to bring all transport activities under legal compliance while noting that the crackdown on illegal bus stands has substantially eased traffic congestion on roads in the port city. Our top priority is to eliminate illegal and unsafe vehicles, ensuring citizens are free from transportation issues,” said the minister.
