More games, more exposure, more development. 🇪🇸 Our players have been training at IDA Valencia for two months since the start of the season, at one of our global academies in Spain. 👍 They have successfully navigated the adaptation process, adjusting to the Spanish football environment and setting short-, medium-, and long-term goals. 🔵 At the International Development Academy, one of our key objectives is ensuring our players gain ample match experience. We understand the critical role competition plays in their development, as it exposes them to diverse competitive scenarios that help them grow and improve. ⚽️ Across the academy's five categories, a total of 82 matches have been played over the past two months, averaging 16 matches per team. 🏆 With this commitment as a fundamental pillar of our program, we ensure that our athletes are continuously challenged by various competitive environments, fostering their development every step of the way. #InternationalDevelopmentAcademy #GlobalSoccerAlliance #IDAValencia #SoccerDevelopment

Firstly, I congratulate MOUZ on their impressive victory in ESL Pro League season 19. Have you ever wondered why Malta is a compelling choice for electronic sports tournaments? This tiny Mediterranean island has carved a niche, hosting numerous competitions, including two three-week-long Counter-Strike events. One of the advantages of hosting tournaments in Malta is the ease of entrance. As Malta is part of the Schengen area, many passports do not need to go to the consulate or issue a visa properly to compete there. This makes it easier for teams and athletes from many nationalities to attend without bureaucracy. Can you imagine the worst nightmare of your team being unable to compete in a tournament because one of your teammates does not have a visa? It happens frequently in other countries worldwide, such as the US. However, while hosting competitions in Europe has benefits, it also creates other issues. But that is a long history for another day..
🏆 It's MOUZ who once again lift the ESL Pro League trophy 👏 Following three weeks of intense competition in Malta, MOUZ are crowned the Champions of ESL Pro League Season 19, winning the $170,000 grand prize after taking down Team Vitality 3-0. As Champions, they also qualify for IEM Cologne 2024 with a $1,000,000 prize pool and add their second win in the race to secure the Intel® Grand Slam V. Moreover, MOUZ have set a new record as the first team to win three global EPL titles, having also won Seasons 10 and 18 🔥 This season, the ESL Pro League saw a peak viewership of more than 377,000, and fans from 40 different countries gathered in Malta to experience the culmination of the action live during the final three days. Check out the link in the comments for more details about the tournament 👇 #esports #gaming #ESLFACEITGroup #WorldsBeyondGameplay

Organisation of youth football tours before: - Focused solely on competition. - Little or no cultural interaction. - Standard logistics and accommodation without considering the specific needs of the teams. Organising youth football tours now: - Balance between competition, personal development and cultural experience. - Deep immersion in local culture with activities that go beyond football. - Full customisation of logistics and accommodation to suit each team, enhancing the overall experience. Stop organising sports trips as before. Start creating complete experiences that build players and people. Conclusion: The world of youth football tours has evolved significantly. Now, the goal is not only to compete, but also to enrich young people with cultural and personal development experiences. It is vital to upgrade and offer these comprehensive tours to truly impact the lives of young athletes.
