Magement of ectopic pregnancy without surgery only with medication is now possible provided certain criteria are fulfilled like Haemodynamically stable with normal pulse and BP Serum b HCG less than 5000IU G sac size less than 5 mm without cardiac pulsations Patient too should be Aware and reliable to come immediately in case any pain or giddiness develops. Facilities for blood transfusions and emergency operation should be available. The success rate of medical management ranges from 88-90% in selected patients.

Spina Bifida is a neural tube defect that occurs when the spine and spinal cord do not form properly during early pregnancy. It can range from mild to severe, depending on the size and location of the spinal opening. There are several types of Spina Bifida, with the most common being Spina Bifida Occulta (mild) and Myelomeningocele (severe). The severity depends on how much of the spinal cord is exposed.
