Is incremental innovation more important than disruptive innovation? Is ROI the only KPI to measure the impact of innovation? Last week, we kicked off the new Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e.V. 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗙𝗜𝗧) 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, which met for the first time at T-Labs / hubraum. The FIT Expert Group is a new think tank, bringing together expertise to actively drive and shape digital transformation and innovation. The above questions were just one of many that kicked off our discussions. Every three months, we focus on a new future topic in sprints. Sprint 1 is about answering the question of what innovation is: from disruptive to incremental innovation, from exploration to exploitation. What's needed now is robust foresight and upskilling.
