Yet, they are extensively used by the food industry. 🛑🍔🥐 🔬 The study conducted by researchers from Inserm, INRAE, Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, Université Paris Cité, and CNAM, 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 92,000 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨, revealed that the monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids (𝙀471) present in these emulsifiers significantly increase the risk of cancer. For heavy consumers, the 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙠 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙗𝙮 15%, but the most concerning are 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧 (🚺 +24% 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙠) and 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧 (🚹 +46%!) 😰😱 🌿 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 but demonstrate the importance of limiting these chemicals in our diet.
