After 18 months of behind-the-scenes work, I am thrilled to announce the official launch of Lexden Luxe—Lexden Group's Business Unit dedicated to CX in the Ultra-Luxury and HNWI industries. This venture builds on our decade-long collaboration with Prof. Dr. Phil Klaus of the University of Monaco, the leading authority on UHNWIs.   A student of Prof. Dr. Klaus' work for many years, I recognized early on that UHNWIs are trendsetters - the way they engage with brands today signals where the mass market is headed tomorrow; their needs and expectations influencing society, and ultimately shaping the future of CX across every industry. I've had the fortune of accessing and leveraging these insights to the benefit of many global brands, and seeing the value that operationalizing CX from a solid, science-backed foundation brings.
