Agree or Disagree Job candidates with vast experience but no academic certificates are an underutilized resource in the talent pool. By overlooking these individuals, companies are missing out on the depth of knowledge, practical skills, and immediate value they can bring. It is time for the business world to broaden its perspective and recognize that experience is as valuable, if not more so. By doing so, organizations can tap into a richer, more diverse array of talent, ultimately driving greater success.
