NEVER AGAIN! 😀 This is what our team felt after the last a:care congress in 2022. It was so difficult! And then we saw the impact: 15,000 HCPs participated to the WORLD'S LARGEST EVENT on MEDICATION ADHERENCE and BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE with a skyrocketing NPS (+84%). The sessions were SO GOOD that we had to COME BACK! Save the date (October 17th, 2024) for a virtual medical event that will be GREATER THAN EVER to help HCPs better address the "other half of patients", the ones who are giving up with their treatment and who need some support to build new behaviors. We’ve updated two Patient Questionnaires on our patient portal to save more time for both providers and patients. These are: 1. SNOT-20 2. SNOT-22 All items in both questionnaires are now mandatory. Providers and patients completing these forms will receive prompts for any missing required fields upon submission. How does this helps: 📌 The patient no longer has to fill out forms during their appointment. They can go right ahead with the consultation. 📌 The provider will have updated patient records, helping them design a personalized care plan before the visit happens. We're advocates of patient partnership and shared decision making as one way of achieving this. Our general election survey indicated that only about half of respondents felt they were involved in decisions about their treatment and care. While this suggests positive patient partnership experiences for many, it is essential for shared decision making to become standard practice for all patients.
