While deservedly getting blasted by OTTO in the semifinal of the metagame Counter-Strike Community Brawl wasn’t the most pleasurable experience we had in the game, we were still keen on ending the tournament on a high note. 💥 In the match for 3rd place, we faced BRANDAD Group AG and secured our victory swiftly going 13-3 with Nils Lassen putting up an absolute carry performance in this game! Sadly, Christopher Flato wasn’t able to play in this match due to other obligations but we’re sure our dynamic duo will still be remembered for all the fear (and laughter) they put into the minds of everyone during group stages. You don’t want to meet these two in a close alley in Dust2... Shoutout to metagame and the 🐐goats behind the scenes Gian Luca Vitale, Pia Büßecker and Tobias Scholz for organizing such a great opportunity to have fun, meet new people and show off our old-people aim and one-tabs! Also congrats to OTTO who bulked up after losing to us in the group stage, and showed their insane utility usage when it mattered the most. Coming up short to the eventual winner is something we’re definitely fine with! Next time at metagame, our whole team at yellow house will join forces and look to compensate for Daniel R.’s long-term absence in Rocket League.
