So much of HR has transitioned - or is transitioning - to electronic formats, it is important to maintain focus on key points when considering a new HRIS: -All HR processes either directly or indirectly serve internal customers. The system needs to work in ways that are best for key stakeholders, not just for the HR team. -The percentage of HR's time needed to address the HRIS and system functions needs to remain low enough to ensure a majority of HR time is spent connecting with people.
