Choose a golf course with a medium degree of difficulty that is easily accessible to all golfers who are invited to play 2. Confirm with the golf course the date and time that you would like to play the round of golf 3. Confirm with the golf course that carts and caddies will be available the date of the match 4. Confirm with the golf course the availability of rain dates 5. Contact the golfers who will be playing the round with you to confirm their availability
