We are delighted to be celebrating the 1st work anniversary of our colleague Maksim Guletskii 💙 As we wanted to find out a bit more about his already year-long journey as an Infrastructure Manager at Sensorberg, we asked him a few questions and here they are... 🔍 What has been your most memorable experience at Sensorberg so far?  🌟 Maksim: My most memorable experience was the workshop days. Days when all teams come together and work on one thing - improving our products and services. Days when everyone puts in as much effort as possible to find ways to be a more efficient, productive, secure, and customer-oriented company. The crucial part that makes this happen, I believe, is the open-to-any-thoughts environment." 🔍 How has Sensorberg grown and developed during your time here?
 📲 Maksim: "The biggest change I've seen is our new software solution, OneAccess mobile app, and how many steps we have taken in developing new hardware. I'm glad to see how all the previous experiences of many people transform into something new.
" 🔍 How have you grown professionally in this last year?  🚀 Maksim: "To be honest, Sensorberg has become a big growth platform for me. I joined the company in the middle of the migration process between clouds and the development of a new software solution. All these aspects gave me the opportunity to participate in many processes that required non-standard approaches, a huge scope of knowledge, and keeping in mind the whole architecture view. Today, when we are building our new solution, it's a great chance to work with modern and cutting-edge technologies." #CrossTheDoor - Filling up batteries of inspiration ✨ Last week I had the luck of participating as #keynote speaker in the monthly women empowerment event of Gerresheimer, a global manufacturing multinational for drugs delivery systems in pharma, health and biotech. Was a great experience in first instance because of getting to know further their program #WETalk, to motivate further diversity in their communities. Well structured, focused and driven by a motivated and professional group of internal ambassadors like Beatriz Gracia Olivan, Carolin Martens and Katja Schnitzler. Thank you for the invitation. Very inspiring what your are doing, I got filled with ideas 💡 ! The virtual room was full of women and men from all over the world. A responsibility and, I have to admit it, at the same time a moment of personal growth and fun. ➡️ Responsibility because I value the time of the people that decided to spend it on this. ➡️  Growth because I take very seriously the preparation and I learn a lot along the way every time. ➡️   And fun because, once we start, that healthy previous tension disappears, and all becomes a nice conversation between people loving lifelong learning approach in life. Just pure pleasure 😊 I shared some stories of successes and failures; about the power of believes; about generosity; about the capacity to connect the dots and simplify; about the importance of honest constructive feedback; about belonging to a tribe and feel supported. All of them surrounded by one core idea: crossing new doors that open on your way. Because the real growth is on the other side of the door, the new, the unknown... and you will only discover it once you are there.
