A great turnout on a beautifully cold morning at South West College - Dungannon for Invest NI's Materials Handling workshop. Colleagues from across Invest Northern Ireland, including from Western Regional Office, Skills & Competiveness, R&D, Trade and Materials Handling Sector team are onsite to advise client companies on the range of supports available to businesses of all sizes in the sector. And with exports per employee within Materials Handling the highest of any NI sector, representatives from Invest NI's international offices are out in force, highlighting new opportunities in USA, Canada, LATAC, Germany, Nordics, China, South Africa and the Middle East. An informative and timely session, particularly with the publication this week of Invest NI's Business Strategy which focuses on the needs to improve productivity, drive innovation, and deliver regionally-balanced support for businesses across Northern Ireland.
