ISH Acquires HRLocker We are extremely pleased to announce that Invincible Software Holdings (ISH) has acquired leading HR software provider HRLocker. HRLocker is an Irish Based HRIS with over 860 clients and used in 40 countries, strong foundations for the business have been set by Adam Coleman and we thank him for his contribution over the years. As we move into the next phase of the business we’re delighted that Crystel Robbins Rynne will be stepping into the role of CEO. The acquisition has been supported by a number of teams and we thank Sebastiaan Steukers from LDS Advisory, Andrew Tzialli from Philip Lee LLP Sam Hunt from Eden Capital for all their support through the process.
