Companies struggle with the complexity of AI technologies and the high initial investment costs required for implementation. - 📉 Despite the potential benefits, there is a notable gap in trust and confidence among stakeholders. This skepticism is fueled by concerns over AI's reliability, ethical implications, and potential to disrupt existing job roles and workflows. - 🔧 To successfully adopt generative AI, businesses need to invest in comprehensive training and change management. Building an infrastructure that supports AI, continuous learning, and cross-departmental collaboration is crucial to overcoming these adoption barriers. Generative AI tools are not plug-and-play.
