My fellow auto insurance professionals, you don’t need the #Telematics Genie to grant your CEO’s wishes …with the technologies available today, you can do it‼️ There are case histories that have demonstrated with Facts&Figures that this is achievable 👉🏻 https://bit.ly/3W0Cp4m It will not appen overnight (magic transformations are only tale stuff), but it is an achievable target with a multi-year commitment What are you waiting for starting (seriously) you telematics journey? 🤔 #iotinsobs

Totally achievable with the right customer proposition, technology, and commitment across all relevant stakeholders / partners insurer-side. Tend to see capped results when launched and operated in silo, despite the speed and agility that might offer. And yes, it takes time to achieve the transformative impact on underwriting performance. But there are typically some quicker wins e.g. improved acquisition, risk selection or CX, which are non negligible in today’s competitive markets.

Matteo Carbone refreshing to see a realistic and practical approach. Telematics technology and deployments have been around for a long time. Think back to Progressive in 2010 and a decade later deploying viable solutions. You offer the reference cases and proof and will still take years to achieve successful deployments. All the more reason to start now and gain a competitive advantage. Hope insurers take up your offer.

Or, you can just wait and let adverse selection eat your book
