The inaugural Lexology Panoramic Administrative & Public Law guide has gone live! Great to have worked with my colleague Joanna Ludlam on the Global Overview and the England & Wales chapters. There are lots of interesting things going on in this area right now. The guide provides an introduction to administrative and public law in multiple jurisdictions, each with differing legal traditions. Notwithstanding the length of those traditions, current political, cultural and technological trends around the globe continue to raise new tests and challenges for public lawyers.
