𝗔 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗚𝗜𝗙 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 TGIF, LinkedIn Community 💃! As I wrap up another week, there's nothing quite as satisfying as reflecting on a job well done. Today, I'm sending out a huge #TGIF cheer for a seamless transaction that not only met but exceeded customer expectations. This week, I had the pleasure of finalizing a project with a client who reminded me why I love what I do. It's the people, the connections, and the collaborative dance of ideas and execution that make all the difference. There was a moment where I faced what seemed like an obstacle, but with a little creativity and a lot of open dialogue, I found a solution that had us both genuinely excited. It’s these moments of breakthrough, the push and pull that leads to such fulfilling outcomes, that make every effort worthwhile. I can't help but feel grateful for the trust my client put in me and for the opportunity to bring their vision to life. It’s victories like these that define my Fridays and set the tone for a relaxing weekend 💃 . One of my favorite compliments I've received in my professional career was from a sync when Blake Lytle told me: "You don't just care about how well you're personally doing in your job, you CARE about your clients. Like really care about them." And I do. Team is everything to me, my core team at Supered and all the teams in my book of business. The #SuperedSquad matters to me. I am on their team, I am their hype girl, I celebrate their wins and mourn their losses with them. I take it personally if someone mentions they think they're falling behind in activation or not using the product to the best of their advantage and I give ALL credit to their hard work when they blow past milestones. I love my role here, and I love my book of partners. They are impossibly talented and doing amazing things with Supered⚡and I'm just happy to be a part of their successes. [UPDATE] So on Thrusday, DHST '24 took home the trophy and reclaimed legacy in the winner's circle. 😢 😃 🎈 I didn't realize it had be 8 YEARS! Well worth the wait, glad I was able to experience it. "...No one does it better..." #iykyk Lessons I relearned: 1. Practice makes performers Winging it or just going with the flow are incredibly invaluable parts to great performances, some things you just can't teach. But for the core of any show, rather in the office or on a stage, rehearsal is where the wins are created. Through repetition, layouts, and plans, being on top can become a mentality, even if results don't play in your favor. 2. Life is about the GRIT Go for it (believe in yourself) Risk a little something (try something new) Incorporate your individuality (you are enough) Train for what's ahead (be prepared) 3. Put it on the floor It doesn't matter if you're on the stage, behind the scenes, a coach, a coordinator, a manager, or cheerleader, sweat equity pays off eventually, and influences everytime. People can see when you're lackluster and don't try. Don't give the people a reason. Go OFF!!!
