Despite mumerious communication in all possible ways (20+ emails, numerous calls), my laptop remains inoperable. Technician Nilesh (+91 94279 76696) has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and negligent in his duties. His failure to acknowledge my calls is unacceptable. Given my time-sensitive presence in Gujarat (next 15 days), immediate resolution is imperative. I conditionally agree to pay Rs. 2300 in advance, provided Nilesh visits our Naliya quarters. If he fails to attend, I demand reimbursement. To proceed: 1. Provide Nilesh's GPay number. 2. Confirm reimbursement terms. I expect: 1. Prompt response from Nilesh. 2. Immediate laptop repair. 3. "Kindly Refrain from Purchasing HP Laptops Any Longer" Recently, my HP laptop, procured from Croma merely a few months ago, encountered a troubling issue where its touchpad ceased to function. This led me to initiate my first complaint with hpsupport via WhatsApp on December 2nd, '23. Despite our initial trust in the brand, having purchased approximately six laptops, the service rendered has been nothing short of dismal. Over the course of the last 3.5 months, I have diligently pursued resolution with hpsupport, engaging with their service center and engineers. Regrettably, despite three touchpad replacements, the issue persisted, eventually being attributed to a malfunctioning motherboard. Subsequently, communication has dwindled, leaving my concerns unaddressed. Navigating through this ordeal has been exasperating, as responses from the hpsupport team have become sporadic, merely opening and closing case IDs without substantive resolution.
