IPS 'First Nations Advisory' Recap 🎉 As we wrap up 2024 and reflect on our diverse service lines, here are some key highlights from our 'First Nations Advisory' service offering, led by Directors Danie Zappa and Cameron Wood. Our 'First Nations Advisory' team has delivered exceptional outcomes by providing cultural capability workshops, building capacity for culturally safe workplaces, and supporting the development and implementation of Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs). We have fostered collaboration across leading corporates, government departments, and organisations across Australia, empowering First Nations leaders and communities. One of our key project deliveries was the Aspiring Program for Services Australia, through which we are proud to have supported over 120 Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander leaders from diverse nations across Australia. Our authentic and respectful First Nations community engagements have enabled organisations to achieve exceptional results, driving meaningful change. This year, we also supported the development of Cultural Safety Charters, further strengthening our commitment to fostering safe and inclusive environments.
