For myself and countless Indians, Mr. Ratan Tata embodied empathy, generosity, and humility. I cherish the memory of seeking his insights on the future of Indian hospitality. Beyond discussing strategies and figures, he inquired about the industry's potential societal impact. How could we enhance the lives of our communities? This question has resonated with me for years.
